The current Laws & Regulations of Pakistan do not permit accepting electronically submitted forms. Therefore you are requested to kindly download the required account opening form, take a print out, fill it accordingly, sign it and forward it to us along with other relevant documents.
The account opening form consists of 21 pages in PDF format. To print the form, please follow the procedure as under:
- Click the FPSL A/c Opening form. The form will open on the screen. Click the file menu on the top left corner of your monitor screen and select print.
- If on clicking the FPSL A/c opening form a window opens on the screen with title File Download, it means your system doesn't have the required software to read the PDF File. In this case, you will need to download the software by simply clicking the Adobe Acrobat Reader Icon at the bottom of the page. Select "Save this program to disk" in the File Download window and click OK.
The program will start downloading on your Hard Drive. Please be patient because the downloading may take between 5 to 10 minutes. Once the software is downloaded successfully, click the FPSL A/c opening form again and take the print out by following the instructions as given above.
